LINE แอพแชทชื่อดังขวัญใจมหาชน ได้เปิดตัวในเวอร์ชั่นสำหรับ Windows 8 และ Windows RT แล้ว โดยจะเป็นแอพในลักษณะของ Metro Style (ถึงแม้ไมโครซอฟต์จะไม่ให้เรียกชื่อนี้ก็ตาม) ที่รองรับกับหน้าจอสัมผัสโดยเฉพาะ
โดยคุณสมบัติของ LINE สำหรับ Windows 8 / RT นั้นก็ไม่แตกต่างไปจากเวอร์ชั่น PC หรือ Mac ครับ สามารถแชทแบบเดี่ยวหรือแบบกลุ่ม ตลอดจนฟีเจอร์ยอดนิยมอย่างการส่งสติ๊กเกอร์น่ารักๆ ได้ด้วยครับ ใครใช้ Windows 8 อยู่ ก็ห้ามพลาดครับ :)
